1. Create your Team Representative Account

Creating your account on the Nova Club registration website as a team representative or synchronized skating club representative gives you access to several website features, such as:

• Updating your account details; 
• Multiple payment methods;
• Access to your invoices;
• The profiles of the skaters on your team(s) and the programs in which they are registered;
• A program waiting list;
• And much more! 

To create your account, select the login icon  on the main navigation bar at the top of the website and follow the steps below: 

• Enter your account login information, address, and email communication preferences;
• Please provide the information of the person responsible of the account.
• Update your communication preferences;
• Important : Please note that the primary method of communication from Nova Synchronized Skating Club will always be by email or through a distribution list generated from this website. However, we strongly recommend selecting all three (3) messaging list options to stay informed about important Club news, service notifications, upcoming registrations, program changes, etc. 

Once your team representative account has been created and you are logged in, click the  icon to access the "My Account" option, create your team(s) and add your skaters. 

2. Create your team(s) and add your skaters

2.1 Create your team(s)

The program registration process is done on team by team basis, not individual skaters, so the second step is to create each team you want to register for the competition, in your account and then add each team member.  

Click on the + button as shown below:

 Then, enter the name of your team (refer to example below):

2.2 Add your skaters to your newly created team

Once your team is created, make sure you select it from the Team dropdown menu on the left (as shown below) and start adding your skaters (participants) to the team by clicking the "Add New Participant" button:

Then, add the required information for each skater (the Skate Canada Number is mandatory) :

Repeat the step above for each skater in your team and if you have more than one team to register, you will need to repeat section 2 for each team.

3. Register your team(s) for the competition

Now that your team is created and your skaters added to it, then simply go to the registration page and select the program category in which you want to register your team by clicking the program's "Register" button.

• Select the team to register
• Fill out several fields for your team

The fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.

• MP3 Music file: Level_TeamName_Program_Version (Examples: Novice_Nova_Free_V3.mp3 / Senior_Nova_Short_V2.mp3)
• Planned Program file: Level_TeamName_Program_PlannedProgram (Example: Junior_Nova_Free_PlannedProgram.pdf)
• Team picture file: Level_TeamName_TeamPicture (Example: Junior_Nova_TeamPicture.jpg)

Once all the required fields are filled out, click "Ok" and your registration will be added to your cart.  In your cart, you will be requested to enter a few "Club-level" related fields:

Once the required fields are filled out, you can proceed to fill out the payment details and finalize your registration.  If you have any questions on the registration process, please contact us at competition@novasynchro.ca.
